Vision
The founder and owner wishes to bring together the concepts of cob construction with the practices of polycultural micro-agriculture (a.k.a. "permaculture") and become the respected leader in affordable, sustainable, and renewable housing development and agriculture.
Mission
We are an American construction and landscaping company dedicated to building cob houses and edible landscapes of the highest quality while utilizing affordable, sustainable, and renewable construction practices and maintenance methods that have nearly been forgotten about in modern society. Together with our customers, we will change the concept of construction and agriculture for the improvement and well-being of both humankind and the earth as a whole.
Our Services
We are a construction and landscaping contract company. We take care of the building permits, planning, and labor necessary in order to build your dream home and/or edible landscape, and we involve you every step of the way. Edible Landscaping
Already have your dream home and want to use permaculture (a.k.a.: polycultural micro-agriculture) to build a beautiful, edible landscape? We will do the site-survey, planning, and execution to make your dream home the talk of the town.
Consulting
Want to build your dream home or edible landscape yourself, but need help making your vision a reality? We can help with that too! Consulting services start at $30 per hour and include transportation costs if there is a need for travel.

Get involved in the cob housing revolution!
Thanks mostly to the Cob Research Institue (CRI) and others, cob construction and other alternative construction styles are becoming a reality. Per the International Residential Code (IRC) "Appendix AU - Cob Construction (Monolithic Adobe)", cob construction is now a recognized building practice throughout the US.
